Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions in order to get to know you better, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Together, we’ll enhance your self-reliance and coping strategies, explore managing emotions in healthy ways. We will continue in addressing the root causes of your issues and change unhealthy patterns that keep you stuck. I’m committed to your growth and helping you reach a place of healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adult clients who are ready to heal and improve their situations. However, they don't yet have the tools needed to make this a reality. They often feel stuck and overwhelmed in their lives.

Stacey listens intentionally, she asks the right follow-up questions that allow you to connect the dots. Before, I thought I could identify the emotions I felt , but she provided me with tools that allowed me to better identify my feelings, and that made it much better to sit with things and know that most things weren't just anger or just sadness.
