Hi, I'm Lesli. I’m a licensed therapist and trained professopmal coach who works at the intersection of emotional healing and intentional growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy practices while also drawing on the forward-focused, action-oriented tools of coaching—so you get both depth and momentum. Some clients come to me needing a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Others are ready to clarify goals, strengthen confidence, and move toward meaningful change. Many want both. Together, we tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are.
While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teen girls (15+) and young adults, I am trained multiple trauma-informed therapies, such as TF-CBT and Compassionate Inquiry. IFS and Cognitive Therapy.
Life doesn’t come with a manual—and when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, it can be hard to know where to turn. I’m Daniel Snock, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and a bit of humor. I offer virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania, meeting you where you are—literally and emotionally.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to support you in making real, lasting changes. Whether you're facing anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, burnout, or something harder to name, we’ll work together to make sense of it.
In our sessions, you can expect real talk, practical tools, and a safe space to be fully yourself. We'll face the hard stuff, but we’ll also laugh, reflect, and build something better. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. If you're ready to show up for yourself, I’m ready to walk alongside you.
As a therapist grounded in empathy, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for lasting change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life.
In our sessions, I envision a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process, even when it gets difficult. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life.
What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore life experiences and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience.
Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work hand in hand to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.

Whether you're just starting your healing journey or looking to strengthen your recovery, I meet you where you are with empathy, clarity, and support tailored to your unique needs.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Hello, and welcome. My name is Ayanna Gellineau, and I’m a trauma-focused therapist committed to helping individuals reconnect with themselves in safe, meaningful ways. I work from the belief that healing is possible when we feel seen, supported, and empowered to make sense of our stories — at our own pace, in our own voice.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — and they’re often carrying unspoken pain from past experiences. My role is to hold space for your healing, offering a steady presence and a collaborative approach that centers your needs. I honor the courage it takes to begin this work and view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed practices that may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, inner child work, and cognitive-behavioral techniques — always tailored to your unique story. My style is warm, curious, and affirming. I will meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with clarity and compassion.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have experience working in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, and I value the complexity of each client’s identity and lived experience.
If you're looking for a therapist who listens deeply, honors your pace, and offers a space where all parts of you are welcome — you’re in the right place. Therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with the strength and wisdom that’s already within you.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.

Welcome~ I'm Genevieve.
I commend you for taking the first step in taking care of your mental health. Especially if this is your first time exploring therapy, it might feel confusing, overwhelming, or nerve-racking. However, once you find the right fit, I hope you feel empowered in the steps you've taken to better take care of yourself.
My goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free space for you to feel heard and understood as you explore challenges related to racial identity, particularly if you identify as Asian, Asian-American, or as a Person/Woman of Color. Oftentimes, our lived experiences as POC (People of Color) can include stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma. I focus on helping you get in touch with what does not serve you or keeps you stuck, and collaborate in figuring out how to live a life that feels fulfilling, hopeful and aligns with your values.
Culturally-sensitive therapy can be an empowering way to help you feel seen, foster your personal growth & development, and gain helpful tools to improve your quality of life. If this sounds like what you're looking for, it would be an honor to journey alongside you.
I welcome you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to assess for fit if you'd feel more comfortable doing so before an initial appointment.
Hi there; I'm Eileen. It's good to see you here.
If you're reading this, you've already taken a big step towards your own healing and growth. Sometimes, getting to the point of seeking outside support can feel like a journey in and of itself. I hope I can be a part of your journey from here.
A little about me: while I have experience in helping folks with a broad range of issues, I specialize in helping people to heal from past experiences of trauma. I have extensive training in a number of evidenced-based techniques. I recognize that trauma impacts every person differently, and so I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. It is my goal that you feel seen and heard, and that your treatment be tailored to your individual needs and life experience. I also believe in treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - and to that end, I often incorporate things like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and other mind/body practices into my work.
I'm interested in learning about you - your life, your experiences - and then using what I learn to help you towards your goals. I believe that you are the key to your own healing, and that you are more than what has happened to you. I see my role as one of guiding you and offering you tools that empower you to overcome the things that you might feel are holding you back - whether that's past trauma, struggles with anxiety or depression, unhealthy relationships, or patterns of thought or behavior that are no longer serving you.
Whatever your goals may be, you deserve to have compassion and support as you work towards them. I'm looking forward to providing that to you. Let's get started!
Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar.
I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world.
It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

As we work together, clients become more self aware, reduce the impact of old wounds, and clear space for new patterns of thought, feeling and action. This process helps them move more freely towards the future they desire.
It sounds like you're describing feelings that can be incredibly tough to deal with. Experiencing sadness, low energy, negative thoughts, and isolation can be overwhelming. When physical symptoms like shaking, increased heart rate, or tightness in the chest appear, they can amplify feelings of embarrassment and shame, making it even harder to cope. I want you to know that you're not alone in feeling this way, and it's okay to seek help. Together, we can explore the underlying causes of these emotions and work towards finding ways to regain your interest in the activities you once enjoyed.
Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious? Are you struggling with your self-confidence? Would you like to work on more effective communication? I am here to help! If you are ready to make positive changes in your life I am here to help with that journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Holy Family University in 2016 and I have done my internship working with children and young adults on the Autism spectrum. Since then I have worked with children, teens, and adults in many settings such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy with various goals. Now I focus on individual therapy with the adult population on many different concerns whether that be life style changes, self-esteem, work/life balance, relationships, trauma, stress management, anxiety, depression, etc. My approach to therapy is person centered (you led the way in terms of what you would like to address in therapy). I like to teach relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness as well cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) as a way to help you identify triggers, emotions, thoughts, and behavior so you can learn how to reframe thoughts, manage emotions, and modify behaviors. I also have specialized training in gambling addiction and incorporate CBT-based approaches in my work.
Do you often feel like the one who has to hold everything together? Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who look calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted behind the scenes.
I work with professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating high expectations, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Together we explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive and develop healthier ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
I believe in meeting people where they are, perpetuating meaningful and supportive connection. My specialty includes working with individuals/families that have experienced emotional and physical abandonment and/or are healing from narcissistic abuse in either parental/romantic/sibling relationships. In addition, I work with individuals who are struggling with the following: mood disorders, personality disorders, intimate partner violence, as well as those who have caused harm in relationships, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, betrayal trauma, and substance use disorder. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning that I prioritize a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore and process their experiences. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, and trauma, in addition to the consequences of that trauma.
