(she/her)
Welcome As your counselor, my purpose is to empower you to discover what truly motivates you. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals live more fulfilling, satisfying lives. I believe each person holds unique strengths, talents, and abilities—and my goal is to help you uncover these qualities and build a life of purpose and meaning. Helping others is my true passion, and I feel incredibly grateful to do this work every day. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions—whether you're experiencing a career shift, marriage or divorce, relocation, educational changes, parenting challenges, or grief and loss. These transitions impact everyone differently. Some bring feelings of fear or uncertainty; others bring excitement or hope. No matter where you find yourself emotionally, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and explore what these changes mean for you. Together, we’ll work to find clarity, confidence, and joy on your journey. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, a Certified Co-occurring Disorders Specialist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University. Over the past 14+ years, I’ve worked in a range of therapeutic settings, including family-based therapy, outpatient and intensive outpatient mental health and substance use programs, residential treatment, and private practice trauma therapy. Outside the Office In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors—walking, running, hiking, and kayaking—and spending time with loved ones. I also raise service dogs, attend dirt track races, meditate, and love curling up with a good book. Family and friendship are at the heart of my life, and I find joy in making meaningful memories every step of the way.

This could include specific issues or challenges you are facing, as well as any goals or aspirations you have for yourself. Exploration of Goals: Together we will discuss what you hope to achieve through counseling. This might involve clarifying personal goals, improving relationships, managing emotions more effectively, or any other areas where you seek growth or change. Listening and Collaboration: I will actively listen to your concerns, needs, and desires. This collaborative approach ensures that the counseling process is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Development of Treatment Focus: Based on your discussions, we will work together to outline a treatment plan or focus areas for your counseling sessions. This plan serves as a roadmap for your sessions and helps track progress over time.
