I work well with clients who are open to feedback and willing to work on their personal goals. I have experience working with clients in mental health and substance use outpatient settings, providing group, individual, and family therapy. I have worked with clients with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, recovery from substance use, as well as co-occurring disorders. I work with clients as a team in the therapeutic relationship to help clients achieve their goals in treatment.
