I am passionate about helping others who are seeking to improve their self-care, identify areas or behaviors that are detrimental, learn and utilize coping skills, and enhance their mental health. I work well with clients who are open to feedback and willing to work on their personal goals. I have experience working with clients in mental health and substance use outpatient settings, providing group, individual, and family therapy. I have worked with clients with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, recovery from substance use, as well as co-occurring disorders. I work with clients as a team in the therapeutic relationship to help clients achieve their goals in treatment.

Jenny is professional and a good listener. I do not feel judge and I can be me and express my feelings without feeling judged. She has helped me so much through my journey of healing from trauma and finding coping mechanisms to help get past my anxiety.
