I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for adults and couples who are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Many of the clients I work with appear to be managing on the outside, while internally navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, or difficulty expressing their needs. If you find yourself overthinking, reacting instead of responding, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My approach is structured, intentional, and insight-oriented. I focus on helping you strengthen your emotional intelligence—how you understand, manage, and communicate your emotions—because this is the foundation for healthier relationships, clearer decision-making, and improved overall well-being. Together, we will identify patterns, explore the root of your challenges, and develop practical tools that help you respond with clarity and confidence rather than impulse or avoidance.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional fatigue, as well as couples working through communication breakdowns, trust concerns, and disconnection. Therapy with me is an active process. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to do the work, but it also creates the opportunity for real, sustainable growth.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself, better understand how you operate emotionally, and begin showing up differently in your life and relationships, this is a space where that work can begin.

Hi Everyone! I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience. I am Peruvian-American born and raised in NYC, living in NJ. My practice is psychodynamic with adherence to CBT and trauma focused models. We look at mind - body connections. We look at coping mechanisms, obviously therapeutic, but also what has worked in the past that are healthy.
Hey, my name is Marrium Guirguis and I am here to help you wherever you are in life. I believe we all have a story to tell and regardless of how similar two experiences sound, they will still be very different from each other and deserve to be heard, validated and worked with uniquely. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with adults and adolescents 14+ with PTSD, Anxiety, working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence, family dynamics, supportive therapy through challenges, people with disabilities, and young couples.
One thing uniquely about myself is that I am a little person (dwarfism). I navigate the world at 3’6” tall and had to overcome a lot and have learned tremendously from my experiences. If you resonate with that and feel there could be a lot to unpack and work through, I can help you.
I have had great success in incorporating one's culture, faith, values and morals due to it being integral in understanding who they are. My Christian faith has influenced my desire to help people, but I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds in a faith-based or secular style, based on your preference.
Life is moving pretty fast with all of the rapid changes occurring daily. This may be what you are looking for to be able to gain that much more control over it.
Please check out my website at www.faithfultomorrowcs.com for more about my practice.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you don't have to figure this out alone. That's why I'm here.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting thousands of clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible, from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, working with chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
If you can’t find a time on my calendar, message me. I’ll move things around, lose a lunch break, get creative. You showing up here already tells me everything I need to know about you.
With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC), I bring extensive expertise to address a range of mental health and addiction concerns. My professional background includes working with diverse populations, including adults, teens, and children navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and existential challenges.
I meet my clients where they are, helping them navigate through trauma, addiction, anxiety, and life transitions with a focus on healing, self-awareness, and empowerment. If you’re tired of feeling stuck and ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
From CBT to DBT and everything in-between, it is my hope that I can work with you as your guide in discovering your own happiness and meeting your full potential. Our therapeutic relationship will be both collaborative and holistic. I do not have a “one approach fits all” philosophy. I hope to empower you with the ability to enrich your overall quality of life.

As a veteran, I understand the mindset and pressures that can come with military life. Across all of my work, I aim to provide a grounded, steady presence where honesty, insight, and meaningful change can take place.

I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I will work with you at your pace, helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools you can use in daily life. No matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges take center stage. I work collaboratively with clients to help them make meaning of their experiences, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. I specialize in trauma and have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use concerns. I also work with couples and families, supporting healthier communication, deeper understanding, and more secure connections. My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential therapy, emphasizing personal agency, self-awareness, and the belief that change is possible—even in the midst of pain. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief work, and solution-focused interventions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Healing is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning new ways to relate to your experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward with intention.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I received my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University in NYC. I work with adults who are currently experiencing depression and/or anxiety to help them discover the root of their concerns so that they can become the best versions of themselves. Since every individual is so unique, I use an individualized approach in talk therapy to help you overcome your challenges by gaining new coping skills and new ways to think about your situation. Please note that I do not offer ESA or FMLA evaluations as part of my service offerings. I also do not offer Couples Therapy.
YOU can call me Cathy. In so many ways, there is still a stigma around receiving mental health services. For some, their previous experience (or experiences of those close to them) has made it difficult to reach out for help. I’m here to tell you the field of mental health has evolved, much like I have as a psychotherapist throughout my career. During my studies at Monmouth University (2012-2018) where I earned my BA in Psychology and MS in Mental Health Counseling, I learned to pride myself on being authentic with clients, in and out of session. I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Over the last almost decade, I have worked in various professional mental health settings, including intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, community-based settings, and private practice.
A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.
Hi — I’m Sonjia Smith, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family I’m Sonjia Smith, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Specialized Crisis Counselor, and the founder of Therapy with Sonjia (formerly Couples Therapy with Sonjia).
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, my passion for mental health is deeply personal. As an African American, Christian, Queer Cisgender Woman, I bring a lived, compassionate perspective to my work — creating a space where high-achieving women of all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and deeply understood.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating complex relationship and emotional challenges. But over time, I noticed a pattern: so many successful, ambitious men and women quietly carrying invisible wounds — the trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and exhaustion that often go unnoticed beneath high achievement.
That’s where my heart led me.
Now, my work is centered on helping men and women heal from childhood and relational trauma, release survival patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with the versions of themselves they’ve longed to be. I specialize in supporting those dealing with:
• Attachment wounds
• People-pleasing and boundary struggles
• Anxiety, anger, and emotional reactivity
• Histories of intimate partner violence
• Exhaustion from constantly holding it all together
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), as well as a Certified Life Coach and Divorce Mediator. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person has the strength to create positive change. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, or tools to overcome life’s challenges, I am here to walk alongside you.

I often work well with clients who exhibit behaviors such as feelings of isolation, social overwhelm, restlessness or poor sleep, sudden or unexplained fear, or feelings of tension, being on guard, or on edge.
Whether it is your first time trying therapy, or you're returning after a break, welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states GA, NJ, and NY. Since 2014, I’ve worked in a variety of settings and now focus solely on virtual therapy in my private practice. My specialties include anxiety, depression, relationships, life changes, stress, family issues, and trauma. I hope to see you in the near future so we can move through whatever is blocking you from feeling your best.
Welcome, I'm Shari and I support adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. We’ll talk through what’s been going on in your life, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I’ll help you slow things down, see things more clearly, and learn ways to manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and respond differently in challenging situations. The goal is not just to talk, but to help you leave sessions with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself, while also being challenged to grow. Together, we work toward increasing clarity, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more in control and aligned in your life.
My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, more confident, and more connected to your sense of peace and purpose.
