I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+years of experience providing treatment in individual and group settings. I’m a culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapist using techniques to help clients manage varying symptoms. I specialize in treating women, men, children, couples, and families managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and anger management through behavior modification, communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness and rebuilding family cohesiveness. It is important to me to work with people to ensure they know they are seen, heard, and valued.
During our first session we will complete an initial clinical assessment, discuss symptoms that needs to be addressed, discuss goals for therapy, and discuss treatment methods. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to express your emotions and navigate through vulnerable spaces.

CBT is structured and goal-oriented therapy that helps the individual identify and challenge dysfunctional thinking and to help with learning better emotional regulation and coping strategies.
Couples counseling is psychotherapy designed to help two individuals improve their relationship. The therapy addresses a variety of issues, ranging from emotional distance to specific conflicts, and aims to restore harmony and connection in the relationship.
Family therapy is a treatment designed to help families address issues affecting their mental health and functioning. It focuses on improving relationships among family members, improving communication and resolving conflicts within the family system.
Grief therapy is a treatment method used to help individuals cope with loss-death of a loved one. It assists individuals work through their emotions and provide support while the individual navigates through the grieving process.
Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) is a treatment method utilized to assist individuals work through the impact of various traumatic events. It assists individuals in processing traumatic experiences. It addresses the physical, emotional, and phycological effects of trauma, and providing support and coping skills.
