I hope to empower you with the ability to enrich your overall quality of life.
Our initial session is really about getting to know one another so that we can build a strong therapeutic foundation.
I have worked in a wide variety of settings which has truly enriched my therapeutic style.
My ideal client would be the individual reading this who is ready to take the next step to betterment- YOU.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. We will work together, in a collaborative fashion, to develop an understanding of the problem and to develop a treatment strategy. TF-CBT
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
