As an Army Brat and Marine wife, I understand the unique challenges faced by military families. I'm also a mother of three young men, spending my weekends cheering them on at swim meets. Fully licensed in Georgia and several other states, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences and work towards your personal growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you will learn more about me and my background. This session is about building a connection where I can understand more about your needs. You can share your feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive space. We will discuss the expectations, goals you have and what moving forward looks like. You are taking a courageous step towards self-care and growth, and this first session is the beginning of a positive journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to listen deeply and empathetically without judgment. With over 12 years of experience working with people from all walks of life, I have developed a strong understanding of diverse experiences and perspectives. I take the time needed to truly understand and support my clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued. My passion for my work drives me to provide the best care possible, and I genuinely love helping others on their journey to well-being and personal growth.
