Thank you for coming here and viewing my page. I have much life experience besides work and school caring for those with a severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, anxiety and depression and woman's issues. Also, I have worked with many families of those struggling with mental health issues. My children and I are survivors of domestic violence and I have learned that with you can heal and reach your potential even when sometimes you do not think you can.
During your first session we will go through an assessment, discuss anything that you would like to share, and then decide which goals that you are trying to meet and in what order.
I try and motivate my clients to imagine their life without mental health concerns holding them back.
Welcome! I treat clients in PA and NJ. I would love to help you feel better by discussing your feelings and determining goals that you would like to achieve.
