Taking the initial steps towards wellness and recovery may feel overwhelming at first. I provide a warm, welcoming, supportive, confidential environment as you embark your healing process. I strive to work alongside with you through the journey. Allowing each individual to have autonomy to recognize their own strength.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Currently, I am only providing telehealth services and would be working with adults. I have experience working with adults who are struggling with managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, adjusting with life events, and mood disorders.
