Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, and have been working in the social services field for approximately six years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of gaining experience across a variety of settings, including child welfare, non-profit organizations, intensive residential treatment programs for children, veteran’s services program, and women’s homeless shelters.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In a first session with me, clients can expect a conversational, personalized, and supportive interaction where I focus on understanding their needs and goals. Here’s what typically happens: Establishing rapport, Clarifying goals, Identifying challenges, Assessing strengths and resources, Introducing tools and strategies, and next steps for future sessions. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, collaborative atmosphere where you feel empowered to work toward positive change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider is structured guidance, adaptability, accessibility and consistency and my focus on empowerment. What do you feel are your greatest strengths as a mental health provider? My passion lies in helping people overcome challenges, empowering them to enhance their well-being, and guiding them toward a better quality of life.
