Hi, I'm Joe and I'm glad you're here! I help people navigate trauma, anxiety, and the messy emotional layers that often don't have easy answers. My style blends neuroscience with down-to-earth strategies—like vagal toning, grounding practices, and reframing sticky thought patterns—so clients can feel more regulated and connected to themselves.
Therapy with me is part science, part soul. We’ll tune into how your nervous system responds, get curious about the beliefs that keep you stuck, and build tools that make emotional resilience feel real and doable. Whether it’s exploring attachment wounds or learning how to find calm in chaos, I tailor everything to your unique rhythm.
Welcome! I’m here to support you with compassion, warmth, and understanding as we work together toward your personal growth and well-being. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I meet each client where they are—creating a safe, non-judgmental space for open exploration. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues; dealing with high-conflict individuals/partners; stress; anxiety; self-esteem issues; or other life challenges; my goal is to guide you through these difficulties with care and collaboration, empowering you to create the fulfilling life you deserve.
One of my specific focuses is working with the individual who is in a high-conflict relationship or who is dealing with a high-conflict person or high-conflict people.
I am passionate about providing trauma-informed services to clients. I believe that healing is available for everyone and that we all have room to grow. I'd love to help you along your journey. I offer a safe space for those in marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ clients.
I love working with trauma because of the great deal of healing that therapy can provide. It’s amazing to see the changes in people’s lives when trauma is no longer holding them back!
