Together, we move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded connection to the version of you that’s been hard to access under the weight of it all.
My approach is shaped by the years I spent navigating different backgrounds and environment of living situations. Those experiences broadened my understanding of identity, culture, and the many ways people learn to cope, survive, and make meaning. My experiences have taught me to honor the values and perspectives each person brings, and to approach every story with genuine curiosity and respect and to listen to understand and seek clarity. That awareness is woven into my work — steady, culturally attuned, and deeply aware of the complexity of individual's challenges.

Hello, I'm Robert. My counseling style has always been focused on building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My motto is that we all have bad situations (death, abuse, divorce, etc.) that can trigger negative thoughts and feelings, and it is important to respond to these situations in a healthy manner or we tend to stay in that negative space longer than we ever intended.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, rational-emotive counseling, and client-centered therapy. My goal is to walk with you through your healing journey as you take steps towards accepting but not allowing challenging events to define who you are and take control of your life.
I realize that it is not easy to admit that you need help, but that is the beginning of change! If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

HI! My name is Mary Beth Ridderman. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. In addition to my state licensure, I have earned credentials as a National Certified Counselor, Certified Sand Tray Therapist. Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Qualified LMHC Supervisor, Certified Clinical Military Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Board Certified Tele-mental Health Counselor, Certified Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Therapist, and a Social Investigator. I am proud to be a member of Chi Sigma Iota, an International Academic and Professional Counseling Honor Society.
I have over twenty years' experience working with families as a child advocate with the court system and I currently provide social investigations and assist individuals involved in contentious divorce or visitation issues. Perhaps my most rewarding experience was seven years’ providing individual and group counseling in a shelter for survivors of domestic violence. My specialties are working with individuals who have symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, anger, traumatic brain injury, or who are experiencing family issues.
Clients find that I genuinely like people from all walks of life, I am non-judgmental, and I am an excellent listener. Research supports, and I believe, that a strong client-counselor relationship is the most important part of the counseling experience and creating that bond is my goal. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and working with you to achieve your personal goals.
Mary Beth
Hello! My name is Ryan Humphries, and I am a full time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Georgia. I got my Masters in Counseling (MACN) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and have been practicing therapy here in Georgia for about 9 years. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other life issues. I also work with couples, and with other concerns to help clients improve relationships, and to become the best version of themselves. Together we will work on burnout, empathy, strengths, and use a positive psychotherapy modality to improve these and other aspects of yourself to feel better in general. I am accepting new clients!
I enjoy working with women and teens and helping them discover how to be the best version of self. I strive to help clients to express their needs, wants and conflicts with themselves and their families using tools from EMDR, Play, Sand, DBT and TF-CBT
I have 10 years of working directly with children and partnering with their families. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Counseling Supervisor in the state of Georgia. I have specialized and trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, DBT and Play therapy.
I'm always looking forward to helping individuals and families heal. I always encourage families to understand we can get through hard things. I believe in giving individuals the resources they need to heal and move forward in life.
