First session
In our first session, I will explain the benefits of the therapy space, listen to the challenges that have brought you to therapy, and work with you to identify a clear goal.

Treatment methods
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I truly enjoy utilized ACT in practice, its a form of therapy that helps fill the spaces where we tend to be most uncomfortable.
EMDR
I utilize EMDR to treat anxiety and attachment-related trauma, helping you deepen your sense of self and overcome negative beliefs that keep you feeling “stuck” and unable to move toward your goals.
Couples Counseling
I use couples therapy to help partners reconnect and deepen their understanding of the relationship. My goal is to support the relationship and foster healthy communication patterns.
