I have been a clinician for over 20 years. I often use an eclectic approach that best fits the client's needs. My base approaches include Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a solution-focused approach. I also utilize ACT and Informed DBT approaches in my practice of care. During specialized groups, I may use more creative modalities such as Narrative, Art, and Music therapy.

I have over 20 years of working with people in corporate offices, medical administrations, and behavioral health leadership. I have been teaching, training, and coaching for decades. The hallmark of my career has been validating and investing in people. I partner with clients experiencing stress or distress with the goal of treatment as assisting you in reclaiming sense of wholeness.

I'm experienced working with teens, young adults, seasoned adults and professionals. I also have a background working with military/veterans, first responders and their families.

Strength-Based

I have used a strength-based approach to therapy for my entire 25 years in practice. I engage clients where they are and assist them in reflecting on their own strengths to motivate their change and emotional growth process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is foundational to most all of my therapeutic interventions. I utilize the components of thinking, feeling and behavior to make clients aware of the possibilities for transformation when any one of these components are adjusted towards a positive/healthier perspective.
