First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then we will dive into the specific challenges and transitions you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in our follow-up sessions.

My dream clients are ready to do the work. They are motivated to get the support they need to changes their lives. They have tried change on their own but nothing is working consistently. They have listened to the advise of others but it was not for them. My ideal client is ready to take control and live life on their terms - healed, empowered, and grounded.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
