Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I am also licensed in South Carolina. I have a doctorate degree in counseling psychology and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help individuals identify their truth so they can live their most authentic life. I work with adults who are ready to take control of their thoughts and emotions to begin to authentically, consciously, and intentionally live their BEST LIFE!
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then we will dive into the specific challenges and transitions you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in our follow-up sessions.
Having worked with professionals for the past 10 years, I've developed a tried-and-true framework for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to successful and measurable desired outcomes.
Transitions can be challenging. I love working with professionals who are eager to improve and grow even during transitions both professionally and personal. My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their transitions.
I have been a therapist for over 20 years. CBT and SFBT are my two favorite therapies to use.
