I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field working with adolescents, couples, and adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship issues, anger management, crisis and stabilization, communication issues, and life transitions issues in different care settings (residential, hospital, youth detention centers, community, and private practice).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session will go over the intake form, I will ask additional questions. I will ask what are your expectations of coming to therapy and inform you how I plan on assisting you with achieving those goals. You can also ask me questions about services and treatment. I will discuss the cancelation/no show fee . This is a good place to start building rapport.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is that I want each individual to know that you don't have to be what others think you are. You don't have to be any type of negative identity you or others have placed on you. We can all opt to change for our own greater good.
