About

I help adults navigate relationships, intimacy, and sexuality, with a particular focus on neurodivergent adults. If you've ever felt misunderstood or wondered how autism, ADHD, or other forms of neurodivergence influence your relationships or intimacy, you're in the right place. Together, we'll explore what works for you—not what you're told "should" work. To ensure clinical and ethical integrity, I do not provide FMLA, short-term disability, or school-related paperwork for new clients. These assessments require a deep understanding of your history and progress, which typically involves a consistent therapeutic relationship of at least 90 days.

We focus on real, physical health and mental clarity so you can stop living on autopilot and start actually existing in your own life again.

First session

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've spent a long time trying to figure things out on your own. During our first session, I'll spend time getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will be different. We'll begin exploring the patterns that may be affecting your relationships, intimacy, or sexuality, and you'll have plenty of space to ask questions and decide whether we're a good fit. There's no expectation that you'll have all the answers—or tell your entire life story—during our first meeting.

Strengths

I believe understanding yourself is one of the most powerful tools for creating change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shape your relationships, intimacy, and sexuality so you can make choices that reflect who you are and what matters most to you.

Ideal clients

I work best with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating relationship or intimacy concerns, or exploring how neurodivergence shapes their experiences. If you're looking for a thoughtful, collaborative therapist who will help you make sense of your experiences without judgment, we'd likely be a good fit.

Treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps us develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions instead of letting them control our lives. I use ACT to help clients clarify what matters most to them, increase psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward living in a way that aligns with their values—even when life feels difficult.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps us understand how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, challenge beliefs that are no longer serving them, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

I felt like Tiffanys specialties were all of the things that I needed help with. She helped me to feel relaxed and open to share my experiences even if they were hard to crack open. She was patient with me and helped me work out the things I couldn’t always put words to. I'm looking forward to working with her more!

I lucked up getting Tiffany as my provider. She is my first and I’ll definitely be sticking with her. She truly is down to earth and listens. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I never feel any judgment. I feel like I have definitely improved in the couple weeks I’ve been being guided by her. Would recommend to anyone!
