I specialize in supporting women and individuals navigating the "Invisible Overload" of perimenopause, relationship strain, and professional burnout. If you feel spread thin, unseen, and unheard in your daily life, I provide a grounded space to process the physical and emotional transitions that traditional support often overlooks. Please note: To ensure clinical integrity, I do not complete FMLA, short-term disability, or legal documentation for new clients. This service is only available for established clients with whom I have an ongoing therapeutic relationship (typically 90 days or more).
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a dedicated space for you to be heard without having to "perform" or manage anyone else's expectations. We will map out the primary sources of your depletion—whether hormonal, relational, or professional—and identify immediate ways to protect your energy and reclaim your sense of self.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strength is working with high-achieving individuals who are hitting a wall. I excel at identifying the intersection of physiological changes (like perimenopause) and the emotional labor of maintaining relationships. I offer a clinical, non-judgmental sanctuary where you can stop being "everything to everyone" and focus on your own needs.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are those feeling the "weight of the middle"—navigating mid-life transitions, relationship friction, and the exhaustion of being chronically overworked. You feel like you’re fading into the background of your own life and are looking for a clinician who understands the grit of these transitions without pathologizing your normal response to an overwhelming load.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients accept their thoughts and emotions without judgment while guiding them toward actions that align with their values. Through mindfulness and psychological flexibility, I support individuals in breaking free from negative thought patterns and creating a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns while developing effective coping strategies. Through a structured, goal-oriented approach, I support individuals in building resilience and creating positive, lasting change in their lives.

I felt like Tiffanys specialties were all of the things that I needed help with. She helped me to feel relaxed and open to share my experiences even if they were hard to crack open. She was patient with me and helped me work out the things I couldn’t always put words to. I'm looking forward to working with her more!

I lucked up getting Tiffany as my provider. She is my first and I’ll definitely be sticking with her. She truly is down to earth and listens. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I never feel any judgment. I feel like I have definitely improved in the couple weeks I’ve been being guided by her. Would recommend to anyone!

Mrs.Tiffany was very comfortable and non-judgmental. She also listened to me and it was like she was reading my mind when she replied back. I have been putting this off for a VERY long time, and took a chance since she stood out to me. Luck was on my side in finding her, I do believe! I am looking forward/hopeful for the future with her.
