I’ve always been passionate about helping others solve their problems, so when I decided to pursue therapy, I knew I had discovered my purpose. I believe that many of the issues within start in the mind with our thoughts. Negative thoughts have a way of consuming the mind, and I assist with thought reframing techniques to improve your quality of life by helping you to change the way you think about your problems.
Faith based therapy
In using faith based therapy, I help client lean into their faith as a way of coping with problems that could possibly cause them to question their faith.

Great first session April was very easy to talk to.

We for my first session it was good even though I’m all over the place. We came up with something todo. Have a follow up. It felt good just to talk no interruptions and no diverted conversations back to something else.

She is very open minded, understanding, a great listener, and makes me feel safe/comfortable talking to her. I'm happy to have her as my therapist, the greatest at what she does. I will gladly recommend her to others.
