Let me help you. I specialize in Faith Based, CBT, Solution focused, Strength based therapy, and provide a safe space for people to receive the care they need. I’ve always been passionate about helping others solve their problems, so when I decided to pursue therapy, I knew I had discovered my purpose. I ask you to give me the opportunity to walk the path alongside you, helping you along the way to reach your goals. It takes work but I will be there to assist you towards living the life you desire and deserve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Client will get the chance to have a safe place to process their thoughts and feelings without bias. My main goal is to help others learning how heal and grow through their life circumstances.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe that many of the issues within start in the mind with our thoughts. Negative thoughts have a way of consuming the mind, and I assist with thought reframing techniques to improve your quality of life by helping you to change the way you think about your problems.

Faith based therapy

In using faith based therapy, I help client lean into their faith as a way of coping with problems that could possibly cause them to question their faith.
