I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience in mental health care. Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse populations in both individual and group settings, helping clients address trauma, mood concerns, interpersonal issues and life stressors. I am committed to supporting clients in building healthier coping skills, build self awareness and long term growth.
My professional life began in high-performance corporate environments, where I spent more than two decades working under sustained pressure and responsibility. During that time, I earned an MBA from George Washington University and completed postgraduate work at Emory University. Those years gave me a firsthand understanding of what it means to function at a high level while quietly carrying the personal cost that often comes with it.
My transition into clinical work was not a typical career change—it was a necessary shift toward meaning, balance, and long-term well-being. Over the past decade, I earned a second master’s degree and have provided psychotherapy in a psychiatric hospital, residential treatment programs, and private practice. My focus has been on helping people work through trauma, chronic stress, and identity concerns—especially when the lives they’ve built no longer feel sustainable or aligned.
A formative part of my training included several years of intensive clinical work with individuals involved in a Drug Court program. That experience reinforced the importance of safety, clarity, and respect in the therapeutic relationship, and the understanding that change happens when people feel genuinely seen and understood.
My approach is structured yet flexible, direct yet compassionate. I work best with people who want a steady, thoughtful space to slow down, make sense of their experience, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

I am deeply committed to supporting individuals across all stages of life as they navigate complex emotional and mental health challenges. My experience working with diverse age groups has given me a profound appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit, whether guiding young clients through developmental struggles, assisting adults in overcoming life transitions, or helping seniors find meaning and peace. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with compassionate, person-centered care, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.
My name is Connie Owens, I am passionate about helping women overcome trauma and Narcissistic abuse. My approach is Holistic. We will address the 4 interdependent parts of self; 1. Mind, 2. Body, 3. Soul, and 4. Spirit. I believe that we are each uniquely different and to heal all of you we will need to treat all of you. Together we will develop a plan to look at every aspect of your life to see how it contributes to causing you emotional pain, and then focus on a solution to help you overcome the emotional pain, for good.
Hello, I am Dr. Cirilo and I offer my compassion-focused approach to aid in finding the best part of yourselves. I have more than a decade of experience in providing counseling. I hope to offer a fresh and different perspective into what counseling is and can be. I enjoy seeing people grow, meet their goals, and become balanced. I hope to help people become happy and healthy.
I am a solution focused, clinical social worker who seeks to help my clients restore balance within themselves and their environment. Establishing realistic goals helps to pave the journey we take together between client and therapist. It is inevitable for life to provide some type of challenge and I am here to help my clients navigate their struggles utilizing a variety of coping skills developed during our sessions. My career path began with child welfare case management, transitioned into clinical work in substance abuse counseling, experienced with family focused counseling, medical social work, and individual outpatient therapy with military experience.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels both supportive and collaborative. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can process trauma, explore challenges, and build the skills they need to live more fully. I offer psychotherapy, therapeutic assessments, and specialized interventions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I aim to help you feel understood and empowered. As I often remind clients, our connection to the world is shaped by the people we engage with. Together, we can build on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful change and improve your quality
of life.
As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.

Hello, I'm Jess
For more than 14 years, I have helped people learn to manage the worlds they live in. As all of us, I have many roles and identities as well. I am not just a therapist, I am also a wife, mother, former military spouse, sister, Disney adult, and so much more. I love to work with others by getting to know them as a whole person, understanding the systems they live in, and how they interact with the world. Together, we can discover and explore the challenges you are experiencing and work to get you back on track. I will work with you to understand your areas of need and help identify your strengths and how to best use them in your life.
