My practice is trauma-informed and affirming, meaning I recognize the ways past experiences, identity, and systemic stress can shape emotional wellbeing—and I hold space for all of it without judgment.

I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, veterans, healthcare workers, and nonprofit leaders—people who often carry a unique blend of resilience and emotional burden.
