In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on you. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your concerns, and clarify what you’d like to change or improve. Together, we’ll set meaningful, realistic goals tailored to your needs and outline how we’ll measure progress along the way. We’ll also go over important logistics that promote clarity and planning, including scheduling, rescheduling, and practice policies, so you feel fully informed and confident managing your time.
