In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is met with compassion and collaboration. I listen to your goals, and we discuss how best we can drive our sessions to achieve them. This helps create structure for our sessions. This also helps us adhere to an agenda that aligns with your therapy goals in our future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of the main goals of my practice is to provide my clients with tools they can use outside of therapy to support their well being. I look forward to empowering my clients through their individual journey of self discovery and healing. It is possible to thrive and step into your power with the help of therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I look forward to working with individuals who are coming to therapy for the first time. Also, I enjoy working with individuals who may be returning to therapy, and may have some tools from prior experience. Overall, a willingness and openness to engage in the therapeutic process is a great start to getting the most out of sessions together. I also have extensive history working with military and veterans.
