When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to work on those changes. I would love to be the one to help you live your best life.
First session
In our first session I will learn more about the clients' past experiences with counseling and current goals or expectations for our counseling sessions. Learning more about who you are and the experiences you have had in life that have influenced the person you have become and gaining your background information is helpful to navigate where you are starting from and how we can work together to living your best life.
Strengths
I am compassionate but also straight forward. I am willing to have the hard conversations with you that help you live your best life and confront the parts of your life that have not been given time to be worked on.
Ideal clients
I am in the best position to help those while they are in transition through life situations, dealing with anxiety challenging negative thoughts, depression, trauma, family conflicts.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Worked as a CYB-MFLC counselor working with military children provided walk around counseling solution focused therapy. It was helpful to the children to be able to get through their day.
