I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in the field since 2019. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorders, adjustment disorders, life transitions, primary caregivers, PTSD, and childhood trauma. I have experience working with, and alongside law enforcement officers, first responders, and veterans. I provide counseling both traditional counseling and equine assisted psychotherapy to adults 18 and older.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will dive into the challenges that you are facing that motivated you to seek therapy. Then we will work to develop a plan to process through those stressors in our follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe in practicing a client centered approach and work to create a therapeutic alliance through the use of empathy, understanding and unconditional positive regard. I work to foster positive change through the enhancement of self-worth and improving the quality of interactions within each person's life.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

. My firsthand experiences co-responding within an integrated team, through CCSO's IRIS (crisis response) unit, separates me from other clinicians, as I am better able to understand and assist in working through the unique challenges that are faced on a daily basis.
