In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a gentle introduction to the therapy process. We will discuss what has been happening in your life, what led you to seek therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and understood as we start exploring what healing and growth might look like for you.

I help you connect the dots so your story and patterns finally make sense! You will be met where you are, but you won't be left stuck there. My support is direct, grounded, and human. We focus on regulation, pattern clarity, and tools that actually create change through EMDR, mindfulness, and behavior shifts.

This work respects your beliefs, whether spiritual, non-religious, or personal. I work exclusively one-on-one because I believe the biggest change happens in that focused space. I offer virtual therapy across Florida. I accept most major insurance and provide a sliding scale for all veterans. I work with adults and veterans, and people in both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my work, I use CBT as both a practical and empowering approach. It helps clients learn to challenge self-limiting beliefs, reduce anxiety and stress, and develop greater emotional awareness. I often integrate CBT with mindfulness and trauma-informed practices, creating a balanced approach that addresses both the mind and the deeper emotional experiences beneath the surface.
EMDR
In my work, I use EMDR within a gentle, client-centered, and trauma-informed framework. Every person's story is unique, and healing unfolds at their own pace. Before beginning EMDR we spend some time building trust, safety, and emotional stability- the foundation for deep healing. I integrate EMDR with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic approaches that honor the mind-body connection.
Jungian
I integrate Jungian therapy to help clients explore the deeper layers of their inner world- the unconscious patterns, dreams, and symbols that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. This approach supports self-discovery, meaning, and personal transformation. By combining Jungian therapy with trauma-informed and holistic methods, I help clients reconnect with their authentic selves.

She's warm and straight forward when I need it. Helps with problem solving. She's a fantastic listener, I always feel heard and understood after our sessions (especially days where I'm extremely talkative lol). She has given me tools and practices that I can use to help deal with the situations in my life, which have helped me tremendously. She's never forceful or cold with her approach, which makes it easy to talk with her (even for an introvert like me) 👍✨
