I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist. I have over 17 years of experience treating people suffering from a wide range of problems including family problems, relationship problems, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, and sexual disorders. I gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at Florida State University in 2005, where I learned about people of various cultures. I continued my studies at Florida International University to earn a Master of Science with a major in Psychology and became a Certified Sex Therapist in 2008. Most recently, I completed a Master of Oriental Medicine in 2021. I utilize information and techniques learned in my studies to assist people in developing tools to improve their lives.

I have maintained my relevance by teaching at the university level, advising a best-selling author on the psychological aspects of his book, and serving as a consultant to other mental health agencies. I have wonderful experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting issues, challenging children and teenagers, grief, trauma, substance use issues, family and relationship issues, LGBT issues, and other issues and concerns.
