(she/her)
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 4 years of experience specializing in grief, trauma, and emotional regulation. As a first-generation immigrant, Queer Latina Canadian, I am dedicated to supporting and advocating for my community. I have extensive experience working with youth, the Latinx community, and LGBTQ+ individuals in both English and Spanish. My commitment to helping others, particularly in crisis situations, is driven by a deep-seated passion for service and empathy.
In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and developing a plan tailored to your healing journey. My aim is to create a supportive and safe environment where you can explore your feelings and make meaningful progress.
As an immigrant who has navigated the challenges of adapting to a new language and culture, I draw on my personal experiences to support others through their own transitions. I aim to offer guidance and comfort to those facing difficulties and barriers.
I have a passion for working with Teenagers and Adults. As life throws trials and tribulations at them, I am here to guide them as they heal and grow into the person they know they can be.

Diana is a wonderful provider. She listens intently and helps me create unique and personalized coping skills that help me manage my emotions everyday. She respectfully intervenes when I am being too hard on myself and kindly reminds me that I am worthy of treating myself with compassion. I cannot recommend her enough.

She is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. Not only is she very intelligent, but she’s kind and brings humor to sessions that make me feel at ease and able to comfortably open up to her. She’s a great listener and I felt like she was a good match for me from day one. I look forward to continuing with her.

I just finished my first session with Diana and she was wonderful. I liked her right away. I was nervous at first and so scared but she made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes and I look forward to continuing with her. I like that she’s funny because making light jokes helps me deal with my trauma and I like how warm and carrying she is. She’s a very likable and caring person.
