Hello! My name is Derek Kee-Haynes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor dedicated to guiding individuals as they navigate the deeper dimensions of personal growth, healing, and transformation. I am licensed in both Texas and Florida.

First session
In our first session we will complete an intake so that I can gather the information needed to begin therapy. My goal is to listen to you so that I can understand your unique circumstances.

I pride myself on being a great listener with a compassionate and empathetic approach. I am also targeted and direct when appropriate and aim to make the most out of your time.
Ideal clients
I am an LCSW and MCAP who has served many people in the addiction space. I especially enjoy working with people of the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with issues of identity, sexuality, and gender identity. I love working with individuals who need support with anxiety, depression, relationships or self-esteem. In general, my goal is to help facilitate growth and individuation .
