Hello, my name is Moli. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome mental health concerns related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. With a strength-based approach, I help empower my clients to discover and utilize their inherent strengths to help overcome life's challenges. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our initial meeting will be focused on getting to know you, understanding your background, and exploring what brings you to therapy at this time. I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your goals, past experiences, and any concerns or hopes you may have for our work together. This session is also a time for you to share anything you feel is important and to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

When we work together using Solution-Focused Therapy, my goal is to help you move forward by focusing on your strengths, resources, and what’s already working in your life.
Psychodynamic
Together, we’ll look at recurring themes in your life and how they may be connected to earlier experiences. By gaining insight into these patterns, you can develop a deeper self-awareness and begin to address unresolved conflicts or emotions that may be holding you back.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
When we work together using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my goal is to help you recognize patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and give you practical tools to make meaningful changes.

I came to growtherapy seeking virtual therapy since I’m always on the road. Today was my first session with Moli and feel like I found the right therapist. She listens, gives her input, and ask questions. This is important for me rather than just a non responsive therapist.

Moli has been such a big part of my mental health journey. She is so sweet and caring, and I've been comfortable with her since our first session. I definitely feel progress with my journey, and I'm thankful she's a part of that. I highly recommend her! :)
