Hello, I'm Moli and I'm passionate about helping clients overcome mental health concerns related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, people pleasing behaviors, and trauma. With a strength-based approach, I help empower my clients to discover and utilize their inherent strengths to help overcome life's challenges. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
Our initial meeting will be focused on getting to know you, understanding your background, and exploring what brings you to therapy at this time. I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your goals, past experiences, and any concerns or hopes you may have for our work together. This session is also a time for you to share anything you feel is important and to ask any questions you may have about the process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can start building a trusting relationship and set a foundation for future sessions.

I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients gain deep insights into the roots of their challenges, fostering self-awareness and lasting personal growth.
