As a therapist, it’s hard to find culturally relevant care with the depth to catch my blindspots. I came in with stress from a pending divorce, social isolation, and deep self-neglect. Roquel used Brainspotting, IFS, and her humble, supportive energy to help me heal preverbal and intergenerational trauma I’ve been trying to address for a decade. I’m calmer, more connected—and my heart rate dropped from 91 to 83 in the 5 weeks since we've been working together. Roquel is literally saving my life!

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a body-brain treatment approach that aims to help client process trauma through spots in the field of vision that connect directly to a brain spot where traumatic experiences are stored. It can also be used to treat addictions/unwanted behavior, self-esteem, and grief.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps clients recognize, challenge, and replace unwanted/unhelpful thoughts/behaviors that lead to low self-esteem, people pleasing, relationship conflicts, and more.
