Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.
I believe that to truly understand ourselves in the present, we need to explore the experiences that shaped us and how they continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself openly, process what you’ve been through, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand that treatment works. I also know what it feels like to carry crippling anxiety, to feel weighed down by trauma we don’t fully understand, to blame ourselves for feeling depressed, and to wonder if we’ll ever find a way forward. Those struggles have shaped me, and they’ve given me a deep passion for helping others find hope, healing, and strength in their own stories.
The clients who thrive in my care are those who are ready to grow—willing to unravel the complexities of their past, strengthen their voice, and step into a deeper sense of pride in who they are becoming. If you’re feeling stuck but still holding on to even a spark of hope, therapy can help you nurture it into something brighter. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Welcome. I am a dedicated therapist focused on providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore life's challenges. With years of life and professional experience, my approach combines practical, evidence-based strategies with deep empathy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I tailor my style to your unique story, helping you uncover your innate strengths, navigate transitions, and build a more fulfilling life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, relationship shifts, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Stasia Manak. I’ve spent over 9 years working alongside people as they face life’s challenges—whether it’s trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, or just feeling lost. I work with teens and adults (13+) and believe in building a strong, collaborative relationship in therapy. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and grounded in your life, one step at a time.
My clients are people who want to move from feeling "stuck" to having a greater sense of purpose, empowerment and clarity. My approach to counseling uses a relational model that creates a safe environment where I encourage my clients to develop resiliency and self-empowerment. Life is very hard. My goal is to have each person leave a session feeling more capable to handle whatever life throws at them.
Hi, I’m Alex, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should be a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I have a special interest in working with women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen your confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I value creating a space where people can feel safe enough to slow down, be themselves, and feel genuinely understood. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection; built on trust, respect, and a steady sense of care. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity about each person’s unique experience, rather than assumptions or quick judgments.
I aim to meet you where you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what you need right now. I pay close attention not only to what you’re going through, but also to the strengths, values, and inner resources that have helped you get through difficult moments. Therapy with me is not about having everything figured out; it’s about making sense of things together at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
I bring a thoughtful approach that balances support with insight. At times, this may include reflecting patterns you might not have noticed before or inviting new perspectives when it feels helpful. I often share practical tools, strategies, and resources from evidence-based and relational practices that can support you outside of sessions and help translate insight into everyday life.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people don’t have to go through things alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a general sense that something feels off, therapy can be a place to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. My hope is that our work together helps you build clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are and be met with warmth, care, and thoughtful guidance, I would be honored to create that space.
Hi! I am a mental health therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. I specialize in working with adults over the age of 18 and college students, but I have worked with all ages. I believe that every person possesses the inner strength to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential, and I am committed to being your guide on this transformative journey. I believe in the power of collaboration and empathy. I work to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, high functioning Autism Spectrum, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, emotional overwhelm, and family conflict. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel emotionally safe while also being genuinely challenged toward growth and healing. My approach is compassionate, insightful, and practical. I help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting emotional change — not just temporary symptom relief. I especially enjoy working with high-functioning individuals who are used to being strong for everyone else but are ready to finally receive support themselves.
I'm so glad you're here. It's such a crucial step you've taken, and I honor you for placing your health at the top of your list today! I came to clinical social work after many years of engagement in other fields, so I feel a connection with your efforts to find the right situation and therapist for yourself in this moment. I believe that we are innate experts of our experience, and also that an outside voice and companion can be critical during moments like you may find yourself in now. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to explore not just the areas that are hard for us, but also to expand into the areas that bring joy, light, support and growth. Thank you for considering me as an ally and co-collaborator!

Over the years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, caregivers, and professionals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, depression, life transitions, and burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thinking patterns, or struggling with stress in relationships, work, or major life changes. I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can develop practical tools to manage stress, build healthier boundaries, and feel more in control of their lives. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore stress, transitions, relationships, and personal growth in a way that feels both practical and empowering. My goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and confidence as you create a life that feels balanced and aligned with who you are.

Hi, I'm Britta Neinast, a licensed clinical social worker. I have years of professional and personal experience understanding anxiety and mental health struggles. Many of us are crippled with anxiety and self-doubt. Despite messages and advice, we still feel misunderstood and alone. I believe we are looking at the problem of anxiety incorrectly.
The conventional wisdom is learning how to “cope" and fight your tension. I believe this approach is misleading because it gives the impression there is something wrong with you. Anxiety is your friend and has a purpose. When you listen more to what anxiety is trying to teach you, it will make sense.
As a licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience, I help clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for lasting change. My practice is trauma-informed and affirming, meaning I recognize the ways past experiences, identity, and systemic stress can shape emotional wellbeing—and I hold space for all of it without judgment.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, grief, identity exploration, and relationship struggles. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, veterans, healthcare workers, and nonprofit leaders—people who often carry a unique blend of resilience and emotional burden. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself better, therapy with me offers a safe place to explore what matters most.
Clients who work with me often say they feel deeply seen and empowered to make meaningful shifts in their lives. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, I tailor our work to your needs, drawing from a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, insight-based work, and solution-focused strategies. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop healthy coping patterns, and create the kind of life and relationships that feel true to you.
Healing doesn’t always happen in big moments—it’s often found in the quiet recognition that you deserve to take up space, to rest, to feel, and to grow. I’m here to walk with you in that process.
For over 13 years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting women as they navigate the many demands of modern life. I understand firsthand what it means to move between worlds. Growing up in Brooklyn as the daughter of immigrant parents, and now living in South Florida, I have been shaped by diverse cultures, communities, and perspectives. My love of travel has deepened that curiosity about the human experience. In the therapy room, this translates into a genuine ability to meet you where you are regardless of your background, your story, or how far from yourself you may feel right now.
"Welcome to the stigma-free zone!"

Hello, I am Teresa!
Are you looking for a therapist who will help you find a better balance in your life? If that sounds like you, I am the Therapist for you!
I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I use a balanced approach that allows my client to work through current and past issues that are preventing them from moving forward. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.
Little about your therapist...I have been in the counseling field for over 20 years. I have worked with individuals (ages 5 and up), couples and families. I received my Masters's Degree in Counseling from Webster University in 2004. I have worked in various settings such as community mental health, public/private schools and private practice.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Many people come to therapy wanting not only relief from symptoms, but a deeper understanding of themselves. I specialize in Jungian depth therapy for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want more than symptom management. I prioritize building a deeply attuned and trusting therapeutic relationship where we can explore stressors, uncover unconscious patterns, and work through the inner conflicts that keep you from moving forward. As Carl Jung said, “the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are.” I welcome and affirm individuals of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and lived experiences.
Hi! My name is Noor. I am warm, empathic, perceptive, and wise. I have worked with a diverse range of clients for over half a decade, helping them each to find a pathway towards healing and wholeness. For each person, this has looked different, whether it's processing deep heartbreak, learning to forgive one's self or another, overcoming depression or anxiety, discovering one's core sense of worth, unearthing a buried sense of power, learning to say “No”, finding one's voice (again), upgrading to healthy coping mechanisms, healing from trauma (moderate or mild), or transcending self-sabotage. We each have our own afflictions and unique "cross to bear”, and I can help you feel less alone in holding yours. Specifically, I specialize in supporting clients struggling with worth, grief, belonging, feeling "othered", emptiness, assertiveness, relationship & communication challenges, religious or God wounds, spiritual bypass, burnout & soul weariness, managing chronic health issues, and inner child work. I attune to each client's individual needs and personalize my service to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is human and relational and feels inviting rather than clinical or formulaic. My orientation considers the whole mind-body-spirit connection as well as the emotions. Also, I carry a depathologizing lens. I do not see anyone as beyond repair or as a “lost cause”. I see all people as having access to inherent wellbeing and wholeness.

Hello, my name is Shakira Barbarossa, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My journey to becoming a mental health provider began with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. Over the years, I have a combined education, training, and real-world experience to develop a compassionate, collaborative approach that empowers clients to grow, heal, and reach their goals.
I love what I do.

I approach my clients with dignity, compassion, and respect and am accepting of them wherever they are in their cycle of life.
It would be my honor to serve as your Therapist and to assist you to identify and address the challenges you may be facing in life. I encourage you to allow me to assist you on your healing journey.
I would be happy to have you schedule an appointment for a complimentary 15 minute consultation or an actual intake session.
I accept most insurance plans, EAP, and Cash-pay clients.
I know how easy it is to become the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, or emotional pain underneath the surface. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning professionals, caregivers, parents, and leaders who are used to pushing through life while putting their own emotional needs on the back burner. Over time, that emotional weight can start showing up in relationships, work, sleep, mood, self esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone.
I specialize in EMDR therapy and work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and grow.
Together, we will explore not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences may still be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and connect with others today. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
With over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, I am passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and feel more emotionally connected, balanced, and like themselves again.
I provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.
