My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.
During our first session, we would start off with some introductions. We will speak about confidentiality. The client can explain their expectations and goals for treatment. The client will also be able to ask any necessary questions.
I take pride in assisting my clients close certain chapters of their lives. I can be of assistance without judgement. When we work together, I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to process your emotions and experiences while working collaboratively towards your goals.

She did an excellent job and she was also very fair in her assessment after being together for so long you have a tendency to overlook things, but she assisted in bringing those things to the surface and we have a good plan going forward.

Keisha listened and provided feedback which my partner and I did not get from our last therapist. She was not judgmental and helped us break down key problems in our partnership and positive ways to work on them. I look forward to continued sessions with Keisha.
