With this approach, clients are able to help uncover their abilities, use their support system or gain assistance in developing one, and make long-lasting changes. I use a variety of evidence based practices that draw from CBT, solution focused, ACT, and DBT, and others. I also take a trauma informed approach. I have a goal of owning my own practice but set up as a therapeutic coffee shop. I am available in person and via telehealth on evenings and weekends only.

I have worked and volunteered in a variety of settings including a crisis hotline, private practice, and mentor to homeless teenage girls. I also worked with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem. I volunteered with incarcerated men in New York and on a Native American Reservation in Arizona. I have a lot of experience working in substance abuse treatment settings helping clients to explore triggers for their behaviors as well as coping skills for maintaining sobriety.
