About me

My dedication to therapy stems from a genuine interest in human resilience and the powerful ways people can overcome adversity. Throughout my graduate training, I had the privilege of working with trauma survivors, which deepened my understanding of the healing process and reinforced my commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based support. I believe in the potential for growth and change in every individual, and I take great fulfillment in helping clients strengthen their confidence, gain insight, and build a life that aligns with their values. My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each individual's unique needs. My goal is to foster resilience, personal growth, and emotional well-being by helping clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build healthier relationships. Through collaborative and compassionate guidance, I strive to support clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Our first session is an opportunity to start building a strong and supportive partnership. We'll take the time to discuss your background, your goals, family background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Growth is a process, and we’ll shape our work together over time to ensure it stays meaningful for you. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, but I’m here to support you as we build a relationship for meaningful growth together.

Together, we will navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward a future that aligns with your values and aspirations. Taking that first step toward change is never easy, and I truly admire your courage in doing so. I'm excited to walk this path with you, providing a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore, reflect, and grow. Together, we'll work toward greater self-awareness and empowerment. I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem or another personal objective. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and important to you.
