Hello, I am a Licensed Mental health therapist. I have spent the last 15 years working as a therapist who focuses on strengthening client thinking that involves building mental resilience and clarity, empowering them to approach challenges with confidence and control. I focus on helping clients manage overwhelming emotions, gain valuable insight into their life experiences, and foster personal growth.
Hi—Hola. I’m Andrea, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
For more than nine years, I’ve walked alongside people as they navigate anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. As someone who has also lived through trauma, I understand how it can stay in the body and nervous system—appearing as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a persistent sense of never being “enough.” You do not have to move through this alone.
My style is trauma-informed, warm, and bilingual (English/Spanish), and I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to your unique needs. I focus on childhood trauma and attachment wounds, and I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies as an essential part of healing. Together, we’ll explore your story through attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, emotion regulation, mindfulness, inner-child work, and mind-body techniques. I also integrate coping skills and self-esteem building to support your overall well-being. If it aligns with you, we can incorporate spirituality and energy-based practices to deepen healing and self-trust.
My goal is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy, learn tools that truly work for you—like setting boundaries, cultivating a kinder inner voice, and creating healthier relationship patterns—and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.
My name is Natasha Mcneal, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor through the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. I have significant experience treating children, adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, among other concerns. I feel passionate about normalizing therapy and helping clients find clarity and inner peace. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I would feel honored to help you maximize your potential and find fulfillment through this journey we call life.
It takes courage to seek out change and I praise you for allowing yourself to take this first step. Let's connect – I'd love to learn more about you!
Welcome, I'm Brian, and I am a Florida licensed mental health counselor.

To do so, I focus on helping my clients identify their strengths and maximize those strengths to overcome obstacles. I also work with my clients to challenge negative automatic thoughts that often drive or maintain personal difficulties. Being in the moment, as well as relaxation, body awareness, and other coping skills have helped my client's to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings while we get to the bottom of the issues.
When are ready to begin your journey, I'm ready to help. We can work together to improve your well-being and quality of life.

Hi, I’m Jan. I am a trauma-informed therapist who believes that healing grows through compassion, collaboration, and feeling genuinely understood. I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My style is grounded, supportive, and honest, and I work with you to make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. In our sessions, you will find a space that is calm, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you feel more steady, hopeful, and in control of your life again.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
As a licensed clinical social worker, certified life purpose coach, and psychosocial rehabilitative therapist, I bring extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and families in crisis. I also hold specialized training in Child Welfare & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I help clients uncover their core identity and calling by exploring how past experiences, temperament, and belief systems shape their present-day behavior. Using a blend of personality psychology and talk therapy, I help clients make meaningful connections that lead to healing, self-discovery, and alignment in the mind, body, spirit, and soul.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida. I graduated with a Master in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Florida Gulf Coast University. Before my studies at FGCU, I was in the rental business and felt that I was in my calling when I did volunteer work helping people in the US and abroad. After much thought and consulting with family and friends, I decided I wanted to work more hands on helping hurting people through counseling. My philosophy is ultimately to make a difference in the world by helping hurting people.

Ready to spill? You're in the right place! My name is Nancy, I'm a neuro-affirming therapist (ADHD fam I see you) and your future emotional support human (if you want me to be). I offer individual therapy grounded with clinical insight, millennial energy, and spice from South India! I hope you and I can soon spill the chai! Let me go first. I was raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, NY (yes, just like your friendly neighborhood Spiderman) where I developed a deep cultural competence that now enrich my therapeutic approach. I grew up living with progressive vision loss so I know what it feels like when life starts to unravel. I was night blind by the age of 11 and lost 80% of my vision over the years. Trust me, I know what a Menty B, (especially growing up with all the pressures and expectations of the Indian culture). Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 am, or doom-scrolling your way out of an existential crisis, I got you.
My approach blends several therapeutic styles:
Psychodynamic Therapy: to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there)
CBT: to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts
Mindfulness: because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate
Culturally Sensitive Trauma-Informed Care: to support deep insight and generational healing
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain. I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions so you can too. If you're ready to start healing or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book a consult or book your session now!

I am an LMHC, NCC who is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-led therapy to individuals in Florida. My practice is built on the belief that every person has the innate potential to heal and thrive. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients overcome past trauma, manage anxiety, and break free from limiting patterns. If you are ready to move beyond survival and toward a more authentic and fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out.
My professional path began in high-pressure corporate environments where performance, long hours, and responsibility were expected. After more than two decades in complex global organizations — earning an MBA from George Washington University and completing postgraduate work at Emory University — I saw firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and unresolved trauma can destabilize both professional and personal life.
For the past decade, I have provided psychotherapy in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, Drug Court, and private practice settings. A significant portion of my training involved delivering intensive trauma therapy within a court-supervised program, working with individuals experiencing PTSD, substance use disorders, anger issues, and significant life disruption. That environment required structure, mutual accountability, and advanced emotional regulation skills. It also required the disciplined application of evidence-based trauma treatments while maintaining psychological safety in high-intensity situations.
I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and relationship strain — particularly when the life they have built no longer feels sustainable or aligned with who they want to become.
Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. We learn to develop a way of coping whether it is a positive or negative method to help deal with stressors or adapt to change. However, the majority of the time, we fall back on what we are accustomed to when dealing with a stressful situation or unexpected change; such as becoming confused, frustrated, emotional, withdrawing, angry, combative, or ignoring the situation and hoping the situation will just magically disappear or be resolved. Sometimes we need assistance to develop positive coping skills to deal with an unexpected changes or stressful situations.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and Strength-based therapy. I encourage collaboration from you when designing a treatment plan to ensure it is implemented properly and to increase the potential for a successful outcome.

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Doctoral Candidate based in Florida. For more than 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral struggles, or family stress.
I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My counseling style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative—we’ll work together at your pace to find practical strategies for relief and long-term growth.
Along with my training in Mental Health Counseling, I also have advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis, which means I can blend evidence-based techniques with a caring, individualized approach. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.
