Hi, I’m Nilsa Rohaidy, a bilingual (Spanish/English) LMHC, LPC, and ADHD-CCSP. I’m passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for healing and personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Iona College and have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), including RTEP-GTEP. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to help clients process and heal from trauma. I also draw from other evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
