About me

Everyone wants to feel seen and understood — that’s the heart of my work. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported as you figure things out. I’m certified in Circle of Security Parenting International, EMDR, and TF-CBT, and I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, sarcasm, and real talk to help you feel seen and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and occasionally lighthearted — because healing is serious, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is really just a conversation. You don’t need to come in with everything figured out, just show up as you are. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and start getting a feel for how we’ll work together. My goal is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where you feel seen, understood and safe enough to be real. No pressure, no judgment, just a starting point and we'll build from there together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a mix of depth, directness, and compassion to the therapy room. My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and challenged enough to grow. I don’t just sit back and nod — I show up with you. I use relational therapy, EMDR, CBT, and a trauma-informed lens to help you unpack what’s holding you back and start shifting the patterns that no longer serve you. What makes me unique is how I balance real talk with real care. I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when it’s needed, and I believe healing can include humor, honesty, and moments that feel surprisingly human. I’ve worked with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and identity exploration, and I’m here for clients who are ready to do the work and want a therapist who’s fully in it with them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to show up and do the work — not perfectly, but honestly. If you're looking for a space where you can feel safe being vulnerable, where you're seen and understood without judgment, and where healing doesn't have to feel heavy all the time, you're in the right place. I bring a mix of compassion, curiosity, and a little lightheartedness to the process, because growth can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or just trying to make sense of life, I’m here to walk with you through it. My goal is to help you break old patterns, build insight, and move toward something that actually feels better. Therapy with me is collaborative, real, and grounded in trust.

My treatment methods

Relational

I use relational therapy to help you figure out how your relationships and experiences — past and present — shape the way you think, feel, and show up in the world. It’s about connection, self-awareness, and learning how to show up differently, starting with how you relate to yourself.

Trauma Informed Care

I use a trauma-informed approach, which means we focus on what’s happened to you, not what’s “wrong” with you. I use EMDR and TF-CBT to help you work through the tough stuff in a way that feels safe, direct, and doable — no pressure, no judgment, just real progress at your pace.
