I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who believes therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being your authentic self. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and build the confidence and resilience to create meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a comfortable, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're currently experiencing, and what you'd like to work toward. I'll ask questions about your background and experiences so I can better understand your needs, but you don't have to have everything figured out before we begin. We'll also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and how we can work together moving forward. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and supported as we begin your journey toward meaningful change.
I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to every session. I believe you deserve to feel heard and understood while also having a therapist who can gently challenge you when it can support your growth. My approach is collaborative and practical. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools you can use in everyday life. I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience. I take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals and tailor our work accordingly. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, gain clarity, build confidence, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
My ideal clients are adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or significant life transitions. Many of my clients are people who are used to handling everything on their own but have reached a point where they recognize they need support. They may want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, manage difficult emotions, build healthier coping skills, or regain a sense of confidence and direction. You don't have to know exactly what you need from therapy before reaching out. If you're open to self-exploration, growth, and making meaningful changes, I would be honored to support you along the way.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. Together, we explore what is truly important to you and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. ACT can help you learn to make room for uncomfortable emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility. We focus on your personal values and work toward meaningful, achievable actions that move you closer to the life you want. My goal is not to help you eliminate every difficult thought or feeling, but to help you feel more capable of navigating them while continuing to live in a way that is meaningful to you.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns of thinking that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, or other challenges and explore healthier, more balanced ways of responding. CBT is practical and goal-oriented, so we focus not only on gaining insight but also on developing skills you can use in your everyday life. Depending on your needs, this may include challenging unhelpful thoughts, building healthier coping strategies, improving problem-solving skills, and practicing new behaviors. My goal is to help you feel more confident in managing difficult emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and develop tools that support lasting change beyond the therapy session.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand and manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with difficult situations. Together, we work on practical skills that can be applied both in and outside of therapy. Depending on your needs, we may focus on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT can be especially helpful when emotions feel overwhelming or when you find yourself reacting in ways that don't align with how you want to respond. My goal is to help you build greater emotional awareness, strengthen your coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenging emotions and relationships.
I use a person-centered approach to create a supportive, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to listen, understand, and support you as you work through the challenges you're facing. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I focus on your strengths and help you gain greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence in your ability to make meaningful changes. My goal is to meet you where you are while providing the support and encouragement you need to move toward greater self-understanding, growth, and fulfillment.
I use Reality Therapy to help clients focus on the choices they can make in the present and how those choices can move them closer to the life they want. Together, we explore your current needs, relationships, goals, and behaviors while identifying areas where you may feel stuck or disconnected. Rather than focusing only on what has happened in the past, we look at what is happening now and what you can realistically change moving forward. We work together to identify practical steps that align with your values and goals while building greater responsibility, confidence, and a sense of control over your life. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, make intentional choices, and create meaningful changes that support the life and relationships you want.
