I have several years of experience working with various population groups such as: adolescent, couples, young adults and older adults from various cultural backgrounds, physical and mental capabilities in vast settings. As a professional, I have worked with and provided services to individuals suffering from chronic pain, insomnia, battling substance use, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorder, experiencing divorce / separation, infidelity, communication issues, grief, sexual trauma, domestic abuse and in hospice care.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12+ years of experience. My specialties consist of psychosomatic illnesses, relationships, and career counseling. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, initially working with the teen/young adult population. I then transitioned over to adults as I pursued my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
