One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and strive to meet each client where they are. I am passionate about helping individuals develop practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and build confidence as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier ways of managing anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, and everyday life situations in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help clients increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation. I guide clients in developing grounding skills, relaxation strategies, and present-moment awareness to support overall emotional well-being and daily functioning.
