I am a compassionate and supportive therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel heard, build healthy coping skills, and gain confidence as they work toward meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being in their daily lives.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. We will explore your concerns, discuss your goals for therapy, and begin identifying ways to support your emotional well-being and growth.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and strive to meet each client where they are. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier ways of managing anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, and everyday life situations in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help clients increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation. I guide clients in developing grounding skills, relaxation strategies, and present-moment awareness to support overall emotional well-being and daily functioning.
