New to Grow
I believe that each person is the expert on themselves and my role is to guide you toward a life based on choice and self-acceptance. I work with all ages and specialize in neurodiversity, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties. I help parents balance their responsibilities and individual needs. I am always happy to hear about your special interests or passions and encourage self-expression and creativity.
Many of us struggle with identity, belonging, and adjusting to life events. You may feel stuck or overwhelmed with expectations. I am not here to tell you what to do. Through the therapeutic relationship, we identify strengths and barriers in your life by setting healthy boundaries to build independence and self-acceptance. I believe in creating a personalized plan aligned with your values. I bring kindness, compassion, and authenticity to every session as we find coping skills that work for you.
My approach is warm and balances structure and flexibility. I create safety in each session and see therapy as a collaborative experience where we work together to reach goals and find peace within.
I work well with clients who want to align with their authentic self and want to improve their connection with others. My clients have appreciated my creative mind and my openness with the neurodivergent experience, since it allows them to feel seen and understood. Some of my clients also struggle with perfectionism or burnout and need support while they are taking care of others and balancing school or work with their true passions.
