New to Grow
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where ti turn next. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD/ADD, or stressful life changes, you don't have to go through it alone. My role is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to create the life you want. As a mom of two, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing personal, family, and professional responsibilities. My perspective as both a parent and a clinician helps me connect deeply with my clients as they navigate life's transitions. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and have over a decade of experience as a social worker in school and community-based settings. This background enriches my current work as a therapist, allowing me to blend clinical expertise with real-world understanding.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe and judgement-free space where your voice is valued. Together, we'll identify your goals, explore what's holding you back, and develop strategies you can start using right away. I will gently hold you accountable for the changes you want to make, helping you stay focused and motivated while celebrating the progress along the way. Clients often leave sessions feeling more self-aware, confident, and equipped with practical tools to handle challenges - both in the moment and long-term.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and build on your strengths. My approach is warm, empowering, and open-minded - we'll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
My ideal clients are adult women, especially those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions—who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Many are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed internally, struggling with self-worth, relationships, or emotional regulation. They’re looking for a warm, supportive space where they can feel safe, empowered, and guided as they heal and grow.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps you process and heal from distressing experiences that may still be affecting your thoughts, emotions, and body. With guided techniques, your brain can reprocess these memories, making them feel less overwhelming and more manageable. Many clients find relief from anxiety, trauma, and negative beliefs without needing to talk through every detail of their past.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It teaches you how to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic ones. Many clients find CBT helpful for managing anxiety, depression, and everyday stress more effectively.
