Licensed to practice in Florida and accepts 51 insurances. Specializes in ADHD, Anxiety, Coping Skills and 3 more.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tampa Bay. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Florida in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with students and families in Hillsborough County Public Schools for nearly 10 years. My experience has allowed me to support individuals and families through a variety of challenges, and I specialize in trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and helping individuals navigate ADHD in everyday life. I believe that everyone has strengths they can build upon, and I enjoy helping clients recognize those strengths while developing practical strategies to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and begin the intake process. This is also a chance to see if we are the right fit for one another, creating a comfortable space to start your journey toward growth and healing.
I work with clients of all ages to provide counseling, emotional support, and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people discover their strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals, while integrating values like hope, grace, and compassion into the process. I also draw on my experience leading groups and collaborating with other professionals to create a supportive and empowering environment. Together, we focus on growth, resilience, and positive change.
I enjoy working with individuals who are ready for change and want to feel more balanced, confident, and hopeful. My ideal clients may be navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure where to start. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to identify strengths, build coping skills, and take small, meaningful steps toward the life they want to live.

In my practice, I use CBT to help clients gain awareness of how their thoughts influence their emotions and actions. Together, we work to challenge unhelpful beliefs, develop balanced thinking, and build practical coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I tailor CBT techniques—such as mindfulness, reframing (cognitive restructuring), and mindfulness-based strategies—to meet each client’s goals and pace, empowering them to create lasting positive changes.
I believe faith can be an important part of a person’s journey, serving as a source of strength, guidance, and healing. Although my approach is not religious, I integrate Christian values such as grace, forgiveness, hope, and compassion into my work, while also drawing on evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness.
In my practice, I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their existing strengths, resources, and past successes as tools for creating positive change. We work together to build on what’s already working and explore practical next steps. Together, we emphasize small, achievable goals and incremental progress to help clients gain confidence and momentum as they move toward their desired outcomes.
