After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.

Jeff is by far the best thing you could hope for in a therapist. He consistently challenges me to do better in ways that truly matter to me. He has a unique ability to filter through the conversation to see exactly what it is that you're trying to communicate to him or what you may not even see for yourself. You know when you talk jeff listens and has zero judgements about anything you say. He only wants to help and my experience with him has been life changing.

He has always met me where I am and levels me up in insight and perspectives that I was not looking at or ignoring at the time, He works with approaches I want and adds even more with his wisdom and professionalism. He’s been amazing to work with.
