I have a background working in the public schools as a contracted mental health counselor for over three years. I am also a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with (500) hours from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. I am Certified as an Integrative and Wellness Life Coach from the Integrative Wellness Academy, that emphasizes a holistic approach to coaching. I pride myself in being a first-generation immigrant, Queer Latina Canadian, and being able to unite and advocate for my community. I have worked in numerous organizations from a young age that provide services to youth, the Latin community, and the LGBTQ+. Over the years, I have specialized in grief and trauma, overcoming barriers, and emotional regulation. I have been working as a therapist for more than 4 years, with both English and Spanish clients.
