Hi, I’m Caleb, a counselor helping clients connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and life stories so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach blends emotional intelligence work, narrative work, and practical strategies to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why; and how to use that insight to grow. If we get to work together, you will see that I create a grounded, authentic space where you can feel seen, supported, and challenged to evolve at your own pace.
Our first session is about connecting and finding direction. We’ll talk about what brings you here, what patterns or pressures you’ve been facing, and what you hope to change. We will agree on both immediate goals and the deeper story behind them. You can expect a conversational and reflective space where we’ll map out a plan that feels honest, realistic, and empowering.
My greatest strengths are creating a calm, authentic space where clients feel understood and helping them uncover the deeper patterns behind their emotions and decisions. I specialize in translating complex feelings into practical insight through narrative-based approaches, and lead clients toward clarity, confidence, and personal growth.
I work best with adults, full-time/ high performing professionals, and athletes who are ready to get unstuck and start redefining themselves and their relationships to match their expectations. Many of my clients are men, leaders, or professionals who carry a lot of responsibility but struggle internally with stress, identity, or emotional expression. Others come seeking clarity in relationships, transitions, or faith-based questions.
