Hi, I’m Caleb. I help clients connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re feeling. Together, we slow things down and explore not just what’s happening, but why. My approach blends emotional awareness, narrative work, and practical strategies. That means we look at the story you’ve been telling yourself, how it was shaped, and how it may be holding you back. From there, we build tools you can use in everyday life. I create a grounded and authentic space where you can feel seen, supported, and gently challenged to grow at your own pace. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and move forward with intention, I’d be honored to work with you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is about connection and direction. We’ll talk about what brought you in, the patterns or pressures you’ve been facing, and what you hope will change. We’ll look at both your immediate goals and the deeper story behind them. You can expect a conversational and reflective space. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help you begin organizing your thoughts in a way that feels clear and manageable. By the end of our time, we’ll outline a plan that feels honest, realistic, and empowering.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is creating a calm, steady environment where clients feel understood. I help people slow down and uncover the deeper patterns behind their emotions, decisions, and relationships. I’m especially skilled at translating complex feelings into practical insight. Instead of staying stuck in confusion or frustration, we work toward clarity and direction. My goal is to help you build emotional strength, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with adults, college students, high-performing professionals, and athletes who are ready to get unstuck and redefine themselves in ways that match their values and goals. Many of my clients are men, leaders, or professionals who carry significant responsibility but struggle internally with depression, anxiety, stress, identity, or expressing their emotions. I also support clients navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or faith-based questions. If you’re motivated to grow, build emotional resilience, and align your inner life with the life you want to live, we’ll likely work well together.
Narrative
I help clients zoom out to see their situation from a third person view while finding words to their story that empower them to make intentional change for the future.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help client see the connection between their thoughts and behaviors to make conscious decisions on how they wish to think or behave moving forward.
