Greetings, I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the sate of Florida. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and have been living and furthering my experience in the mental health field in Florida for the last 5 years. I have a background in child abuse investigations, as well as working with people in crisis. I also have experiencing working in psychiatric hospitals, but working with people one on one is what I enjoy most.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will consist of introductions, answering any questions my client may have, relevant experiences that they want to share, exploring symptoms, as well as their goals for treatment. The first session is guided by the client so that we can establish a baseline,

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my strengths is the love that I have for what I do. I genuinely enjoy taking to people in general, and I believe it helps the client to feel comfortable in the therapy process. I am straightforward, but empathetic, and believe in giving feedback to my clients as opposed to putting words in their mouth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I think of therapy as a path, and the client as the driver in the car, and me as the passenger giving suggestions, teaching, helping my client guide the car where they want to go. I want clients that I work with to understand that the healing process takes work, and it is not always comfortable, but it can be beneficial.
