New to Grow
I'm Amber, I help clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected from themselves. As a Florida‑based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting teen girls (ages 13-17), young women, and moms navigating stress, burnout, identity changes, and the invisible load. Using CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, I provide virtual therapy that helps you understand your emotions, build confidence, and feel more grounded and aligned with who you’re becoming.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to feel or understand. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are. I’ll ask gentle questions, learn about your goals, and help you start building clarity and support. Most clients leave feeling understood and more hopeful.
I specialize in helping clients who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside. My style is warm, real, and collaborative, focused on helping you feel grounded, confident, and more like yourself again.
My ideal client is a teen girl (age 13 - 17), young woman, or mom navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or the weight of the invisible load. She often feels disconnected from herself or stuck in survival mode and wants a supportive, nonjudgmental space to understand her emotions, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful, aligned change that feels true to who she’s becoming.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a gentle, trauma‑informed way to help you notice the thoughts that fuel stress, overwhelm, and self‑doubt. Together, we build practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your emotional world.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients explore ambivalence, clarify their goals, and build confidence in their ability to make meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, strengths‑based, and grounded in respect for each client’s autonomy.
