Outside of the therapy room, I’m just a regular person who enjoys a good laugh, real conversations, and finding the little things that make life a little brighter. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, intimidating, or like you’re sitting across from someone taking notes on everything you say. It can be a space where you can show up as your authentic self—messy days, awkward moments, breakthroughs, and all.
Hi and welcome!
I’m Anna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here to support you through the ups, downs, and everything in between. For the past five years, I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and big life transitions in a space that’s completely safe and judgment-free.
My approach? Real conversations, practical coping skills, and building healthy boundaries, with yourself and others, so you can show up as the best version of you. Together, we’ll tackle challenges like overthinking, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck, and create a plan that feels authentic and doable.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or stiff, it can be a space where you get to explore, heal, and grow. If you’re ready to make moves toward a life that feels balanced and meaningful, I’m here for you.

I am passionate about providing IFS and EMDR therapies to queer and trans people. Serving my community as a queer therapist is one of my main life purposes. I do this work because I am committed to liberation for all people. I believe that none of us are free until ALL of us are free, and I bring a queer and intersectional lens to my work. As survivor of religious trauma and Intimate Partner Violence, I specialize in helping clients find and trust their own intuition. Sometimes my clients love to use tarot or astrology as a framework to discuss their development; I welcome alternative spiritual practices!
I am a Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor(LCDC-I). I have been working with clients from different settings; hospitals, school and clinical, and with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. As someone with roots in South Asia, therapy is not just a profession for me; it is a true passion. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the potential it holds for individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
Hi there! I'm Nancy, and I am so excited to share a bit about myself with you!
Growing up, I experienced some pretty challenging situations within my family, and as a result, I spent much of my childhood in the foster care system and moving from place to place never being able to call a place my home. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on the importance of early intervention and prevention in the mental health field. It was through my experience as a survivor, and my own personal struggles that I discovered my passion for helping others.
As a mental health professional, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, but one experience that stands out to me the most is that of my younger brother. Despite struggling with reading and writing, he was consistently overlooked and eventually turned to drugs, never finishing high school. It's a heartbreaking situation, and I often wonder what could have been different if someone had taken the time to help him earlier. Unfortunately, my brother now suffers from bipolar disorder and experiences panic attacks due to the overwhelming sense of hopelessness and loss he feels. It's because of him that I've dedicated my career to helping others before they reach that point of no return. The point where there is nothing more than resignation and accepting what is than what one could become.
Overall, I'm incredibly passionate about what I do and am eager to continue making a positive impact on the lives of children, youth, and families in need. I'm excited about the opportunity to get to know you and be of support to you in your toughest moments in life.
Warmly,
Nancy Gonzalez-McKenzie
Hi. My name is Ana Hernandez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of experience helping clients navigate life's most difficult moments.
I help people who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression find their way back to steadiness. Whether you're dealing with racing thoughts that won't quiet down, a low mood that has settled in and won't lift, or the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together, you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to meet each person where they are. I believe that everyone carries a story about who they are, and they are capable of -sometimes that story gets stuck; it gets weighed down by pain, anxiety, trauma, marital conflicts, and life transitions. Together, we'll gently unpack the story, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild the relationships and inner narrative that help you thrive.
Whether you are an adult navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, or a couple navigating lack of connection and trust, or a family struggling, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to you:
Narrative Therapy- helping you separate yourself from your problems to rewrite your story with agency and hope.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- practical tools to identify and reshape thought patterns that hold you back.
Interpersonal Therapy- strengthening relationships and communication that support your well-being.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with real tools for lasting change.
I am a 54 year old bi-culutral father of two adolescents in the year 2025. With all of the social pressures that our families have been subject to, it's never been more important to be close and listen to each other. Social disconnect is the new pandemic and the challenges that interefere with social connection are the same ones driving our sense of faulty connection and confusion with pleasure and happiness.
Hello, I am Edgar!
I understand we all go through struggles at some point in our lives. For some of us, this may seem more frequent than others. I am a firm believer that you have everything that you need to get your life back on track, reach the goals that you want or become who you want to be.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I approach therapy in a non-structured way, which allows me to meet you where you are. I tend to use multiple therapeutic approaches such as solution focus, person-centered, humanistic and CBT.
I hope to be a part of your journey on this road that we call life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC), and an Administrative Services Credential in progress, I bring extensive experience supporting youth, young adults, and families across clinical, school-based, and community settings. My professional background includes mental health counseling, crisis intervention, clinical supervision, program development, and leadership in student mental health and wellness.
Throughout my career, I have grown from providing direct clinical services to leading teams, developing programs, supervising clinicians, and helping shape systems that support the social-emotional and mental health needs of young people. This experience has strengthened my ability to see the whole person, understand the systems that impact their lives, and help clients identify practical ways to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
My philosophy is simple: I’m not here to solve your problems for you. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you throughout your healing and growth.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether from past trauma, grief, or relationship challenges—you’re not alone, and change is possible.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults of all ages who are navigating trauma, relational rupture, and loss. Many of the patterns that feel difficult today once helped you cope or stay safe. In therapy, we’ll work to understand those patterns, build tools for regulation, and create space for healing and growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based practices including EMDR and somatic therapy to help process difficult experiences and support nervous system regulation—so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control.

Welcome! I'm Silvie Wilson.
I'd like to acknowledge the strength it requires to take that first step of reaching out for help with your mental health from a therapist. I know it's not easy to begin the journey to better self understanding, compassion, and mastery.
My aim is to create a safe environment in which we can explore your own personal history, themes, and challenges, in order to find resources and solutions to the obstacles that hold you back from being exactly the person you've always wanted to be.
I will pay attention to who you are as an individual, reflect back your strengths, and help you to tie together the seemingly disparate aspects of your life so that you realize how much sense you make, have compassion for all phases of your development, and leave behind what no longer serves you to find the life you've always wanted.
Together we can build up your sense of self, your resilience, and your ability to find peace of mind.

Maybe you are the person who overthinks everything, puts too much pressure on yourself, or spends so much time taking care of everyone else that you are not even sure what you need anymore. Or maybe you are trying to support a child or teen whose anxiety, big emotions, ADHD, or autism impacts school, relationships, or everyday life.
I'm Jaleesa, a therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodivergent-affirming. Therapy with me is a space to better understand yourself, build practical tools, and explore what may be underneath the patterns that keep showing up.
You do not have to come to therapy with the perfect words or even know exactly where to start. We can get curious about it together.

I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco. I also completed four years of doctoral training in depth psychotherapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

I also work closely with first‑generation individuals, parents, caregivers, and people balancing multiple roles, responsibilities, and cultural expectations.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based therapy. I integrate Brainspotting for trauma processing and nervous system regulation, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution‑Focused Therapy to help clients reduce anxiety, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
As a culturally attuned therapist, I believe therapy should honor your lived experience—not a one‑size‑fits‑all model. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.

I’m a Latino therapist who specializes in working with trauma, identity, and the emotional weight that comes from growing up in high-stress environments. I help people make sense of patterns rooted in past experiences — whether that’s family dysfunction, grief, street violence, or cultural pressure — so they can move through life with more clarity and less emotional reactivity.
My style is honest, direct, and grounded. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens — I’ll challenge you when needed and help you get to the core of what’s keeping you stuck. I work especially well with first-generation men, individuals processing childhood or gang-related trauma, and those navigating the tension between cultural loyalty and personal growth.
I’ve spent the last five years working across community mental health, jail reentry, and school-based settings — including the LA County Department of Mental Health, homeless outreach in South Central, and now as a therapist in a middle school. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-life experience supporting clients in some of the most challenging situations.

I love bringing in media like movies, TV shows, sports, and current trends to make our conversations relatable, engaging, and grounded in real life. My goal is to validate your experiences, help you gain clarity, and build practical tools you can use every day. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow with confidence and independence.

Hello, my name is Nicole Hervey and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Northern California. I have been practicing the craft of therapy for the past 6 years serving a variety of people with different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences with moderate to severe mental health disorders in multiple community settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, families, and adults. I have provided service to underserved populations with various life experiences, homelessness, substance use, and system involvement including criminal justice and child welfare. As a therapist it is my privilege to help support you in your journey and navigate this path together.
I received my Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Master’s of Science in Marriage Family Child Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I am also a semester from graduating with my second Master’s of Science degree in Psychology. Throughout college, I was able to represent Fresno State University as a member of the collegiate rodeo team. This was extremely special to me, as the Central Valley has been my home since the day I was born.
I grew up in a small town called Lemoore, California on my family’s 100-acre cattle ranch, which was home to my family, my cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandmother and grandfather. I have been with my college sweetheart for six years now and have been married for a little over a year. With this said, I can relate to the complexity of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships, as well as the effect that they can have on our lives.
My passion lies in supporting individuals because I believe that each individual has their own integral part of the human experience. Each individual is unique, bringing their own set of morals, beliefs, triggers, traumas, and more. In my role as a therapist, my objective is to assist every individual in crafting the best possible life path for themselves.
