I’ve supported individuals through DBT-informed strategies that foster greater emotional balance, resilience, and healthier relationship dynamics—especially helpful for those navigating intense emotions or borderline personality features.
With extensive experience in CBT, I help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we work on practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and stress. CBT empowers individuals to develop healthier coping skills and build a more balanced, positive mindset through structured sessions and collaborative goal setting.
